What We Do

Founded in 2021, Federal Solutions Group (“FSG”) provides comprehensive real estate and building services to the Federal Government, military, government contractors, commercial real estate, public and private universities and schools, medical facilities, and more.

FSG, a SAM.gov registered business, is comprised of a group of well-established subsidiary and partner companies working closely together. We proudly service over 100 million square feet of real estate.

Representative clients within our portfolio companies include the GSA, US Marshalls, Northrop Grumman, Vornado Realty Trust, JBG SMITH, University of Virginia, The Plaza Hotel, and the 4.2M square foot Merchandise Mart.
